Following Billy Napier’s hiring at Florida, plenty of other people from the Louisiana football program have followed the head coach to UF. Napier’s successor appeared to do some social media venting on Monday.
Louisiana head coach Michael Desormeaux sent a curiously-timed tweet about “integrity” on Monday afternoon. Desormeaux’s tweet came roughly 2 hours after Florida announced the addition of Louisiana transfer offensive lineman Kamryn Waites.

Waites is the first Louisiana player to transfer to Florida. In December, Napier’s first UF commitment came from an offensive lineman who had been pledged to the Ragin’ Cajuns. Napier has also hired 3 on-field assistants (Jabbar Juluke, Darnell Stapleton, Patrick Toney) and numerous off-field assistants from his Louisiana staff to UF.
