Without a major in-state prospect like Dorial Green-Beckham or Terry Beckner Jr. to build a class around this year, Missouri is searching far and wide for players. The challenges Missouri faces are a little different given they are on the outskirts of the SEC foothold and haven’t established as solid of a foundation in the primary recruiting areas for the conference (i.e. Georgia, Florida, Alabama, the Carolinas). That doesn’t mean that Barry Odom won’t fill the remaining slots in the class with talented prospect to build momentum for his full recruiting in 2017.

SIGNING DAY PREDICTIONS
Not surprisingly Missouri’s recruiting is very fluid with new offers and visits being announced daily. The upcoming weekend is looking to be the biggest of the recruiting season for Barry Odom and his staff.
Jones said that Missouri joins Alabama, Mississippi State and Ole Miss in his top four and he will take a mid-week official to Missouri. Odom and his staff are also hitting the junior colleges hard and trying to do whatever it takes to put together a respectable class in a short period of time.
