A half-dozen SEC teams will be represented in the 2016 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Challenge next month.
The ninth running of the charity golf tournament will be held next month, and duos that will include a head coach along with a celebrity alum who will compete for the $100,000 first-place prize.
Meanwhile, each team will receive a portion of the $540,000 purse. All charity payouts will be split equally between an endowed scholarship at each university and a charity of the coach’s choice.
Here’s a look at the SEC tandems that will participate. Of the six SEC teams competing, only Georgia is a new participant while the others have claimed past winnings in the event.

Steve Spurrier will represent South Carolina for a final year despite resigning from the team last season. The combination of Spurrier and Sterling Sharpe won the event in back-to-back years in 2008 and 2009.
Ohio State’s Urban Meyer will also be among those competing, and Jeff Logan will be his partner.
The event will take place from May 1-3 at the Reynolds Lake Oconee resort outside Atlanta. It will be broadcast on ESPNU in August and December.
