Skip Bayless is having a rough year.
The Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners (and Vanderbilt?) fan, host of the Skip Bayless Show, went on a lengthy rant bemoaning the state of Oklahoma football Saturday. This comes during the middle of the Sooners’ rough performance in Norman against visiting South Carolina.
The Gamecocks have thoroughly dominated the Sooners so far, leading 32-9 heading into the final minutes of the 4th quarter. It was over about 5 minutes in – Michael Hawkins turned the ball over 3 consecutive times, 2 of which resulted in defensive touchdowns for the Gamecocks.
That performance yielded this fantastic rant from Bayless on how far his Sooners have fallen:

Oklahoma is indeed unwatchable this season, and it starts with their offense. The Sooners’ offensive line is dreadful, which means the run game is non-existent and life is difficult for whoever is throwing the ball. And on top of that, both players to take snaps under center this season – Hawkins and Jackson Arnold – obviously have a lot of growing to do before they’re ready to carve SEC defenses.
Defensively the Sooners are… fine. Far from good enough to carry an offense that has performed as one of the worst in college football this season – much less the top conference in the nation.
