South Carolina has reportedly lost a linebacker to the transfer portal. The news broke Monday that Rosendo Louis Jr. will be leaving the Gamecock program.

Louis missed the entire 2020 season with a quad injury.
Louis, from Deerfield Beach, Florida, was a 3-star prospect when he originally committed to the Gamecocks in 2017 under former head coach Will Muschamp. Louis got bumped to a 4-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite by the time he signed in South Carolina’s 2018 recruiting class. Louis had 14 total tackles during his time at South Carolina.
