South Carolina men’s basketball forced to go on hiatus once again due to COVID-19

The South Carolina Gamecocks men’s basketball team has been on a hiatus since Dec. 6 due to COVID-19 issues in the program.
The Gamecocks returned to action a couple of days ago, but now, they’re back on pause with more COVID issues.
Per reporter David Cloninger, the Gamecocks are back on hiatus after Monday’s test results and their game on Wednesday is canceled:
South Carolina men's basketball is back on pause after Monday's COVID test results. Gamecocks just returned two days ago after being paused since Dec. 6.
Wednesday's game hosting S.C. State is cancelled.

South Carolina is only 1-2 on the season. The Gamecocks desperately need to play some games before SEC play starts at the end of the month.
