The self-proclaimed “superfan” title holds different meanings for many.
This could equate to supporting a program at any time — whether it’s winning or not. Watching every game on television and closely following recruiting would be included in this category.
Another example is fans that go to every home game — offering support for the team in person. A third may be in terms of donating money to the program — anonymously or not.
There are these types of superfans…and then there is Kirk Hollingsworth:

This avid South Carolina fan took to his personal Instagram account, and revealed that he has been to 291-straight USC games. This includes both home and away games.
Kudos to Hollingsworth for expressing such an ardent pride for his favorite university.
