South Carolina surprises former walk-on WR Trey Adkins with a scholarship

It’s starting to get to the time of the offseason when college football programs are finalizing their scholarship counts for the upcoming campaign.
That often leads to programs surprising hard-working walk-ons with scholarships. The videos are always fun to watch.
Coach Shane Beamer and the South Carolina Gamecocks surprised walk-on WR Trey Adkins with a scholarship on Tuesday. Adkins shared the good news with his parents in a phone call, which you can see below:
