Week 5 of college football is here!

Mississippi State will look to get back on track while Auburn is hoping to get another strong defensive performance from the Tigers. The No. 24 Bulldogs and No. 13 Tigers will be the only conference matchup this weekend between ranked opponents.

Other key matchups for the week include No. 7 Georgia returning to Knoxville with a healthy Nick Chubb to take on Tennessee, and Vanderbilt will try to move on from its blowout loss to Alabama with a trip to the Swamp to take on the No. 21 Florida Gators.

Bill Connelly with SB Nation provided the S&P+ projections for every game this weekend, and here is how every game in the SEC is expected to turn out:

  • No. 13 Auburn 30, No. 24 Mississippi State (+8.5) 21* (Saturday, 6:00 PM ET, ESPN)
  • No. 1 Alabama 39, Ole Miss (+28) 18 (Saturday, 9:00 PM ET, ESPN)

  • No. 25 LSU 36, Troy (+20.5) 16 (Saturday, 7:00 PM ET, ESPNU)
