Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett injured his right shoulder in the first half against the Florida Gators.

Bennett threw his first touchdown of the game to wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint for 32 yards. However, on the play, Bennett injured his right shoulder.

The Georgia quarterback played the next series, but after a pass, he was shown holding his right shoulder again.

Bennett then went into the locker before the end of the first quarter.

D’Wan Mathis replaced Bennett at quarterback for the Bulldogs.

Bennett returned to the game; however, he was taken out in the second half and replaced by Mathis.

While Bennett did suffer an injury in the first half, he was taken out in the second due to his struggles and to get Mathis playing time.
