Georgia jumps out in front of Alabama as Stetson Bennett hits James Cook on 82-yard touchdown

Georgia has jumped out to its first lead of the game against Alabama thanks to a bomb that was just unleashed in Tuscaloosa.

Stetson Bennett connected with James Cook on an 82-yard touchdown pass that gave the Dawgs a 14-7 advantage in the second quarter.

The play was the biggest one of the game for the Bulldogs as Bennett has completed just 5 of 11 passes for 111 yards in the game. His first pass of the game was intercepted.

Mac Jones has also been inconsistent in the game as Alabama’s QB has completed 7 of 14 passes for 118 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
