Stetson Bennett’s brother joins Georgia as preferred walk-on

Stetson Bennett IV walked-on at Georgia back in 2017, and the rest, as they say, is history.
In 2021, Bennett took over as Georgia’s QB1 and led the Bulldogs to their first national championship since 1980. Now, his younger brother will try to follow in his footsteps.
On Thursday morning, Luke Henry Bennett announced via Twitter he was joining the program as a preferred walk-on:

Stetson is back at Georgia for the 2022 season, so he’ll get to work with his little brother for one year before he’s out of eligibility.
Can Luke follow Stetson’s path and eventually become a scholarship player for the Dawgs, too? Only time will tell.
