Since losing to the Arkansas Razorbacks a few weeks ago, the Texas Longhorns have won three straight heading into this week’s game against the Oklahoma Sooners.

The Longhorns apparently have found their quarterback since that game and appear to have gotten back on course.

In fact, Texas head coach Steven Sarkisian apparently is still using the loss to the Razorbacks as motivation for him and his players.

Sarkisian said this about the Arkansas loss, according to Sam Khan Jr. of The Athletic:

“I appreciate you continually asking about the Arkansas game because it keeps a bad taste in my mouth and our players’ mouths. So, thank you. That’s a positive. I appreciate that,” Sarkisian said with a smile.

Arkansas dominated Texas, 40-21 back on Sept. 11. The win propelled the Hogs into the top 25 and it made some Texas fans question the coaching job Sarkisian did in that game.
