Kentucky tight end Darryl Long is transferring, head coach Mark Stoops announced Monday.
Stoops also said TE Darryl Long is transferring. For some good news: no camp injuries.

Long appeared in 10 of the Wildcats’ 12 games on special teams and as a reserve tight end in 2015 as a redshirt freshman, however, did not record a single statistic.
The emergence of freshman All-American C.J. Conrad and addition of former Nebraska tight end Greg Hart could have played a factor in Long’s decision. The former three-star tight end would have likely been buried on Kentucky’s depth chart and seen limited playing time.
