Tee Martin is a name that will forever bring good memories to the minds of the Tennessee faithful.
The former Vols QB led Tennessee to an unbeaten season in 1998.
But he has since made his name in the coaching profession away from Knoxville, earning the reputation of being one of the top recruiters in the country.
After years as a position coach, Martin received a big time promotion on Friday:

Martin, who is now 37 years old, spent four years as the USC WR coach before receiving this promotion to offensive coordinator. He spent a season at Kentucky in the same role prior to joining the Trojans for the 2012 season.
Though he has flirted with a return to Rocky Top a time or two, the Vols haven’t found a way to create a homecoming for Martin as a coach.
Now that he’s an offensive coordinator at one of the nation’s elite programs, it might take a future head coaching opportunity to lure one of the Vols’ favorite sons back home down the road.
