Tee Martin quarterbacked Tennessee to a national championship during the magical 1998 season.

But that doesn’t mean his son will be donning the Vols’ tint of orange next year.

Amari Rodgers, who is a 2017 four-star wide receiver from Knoxville Catholic, announced on Sunday that he would be playing for Dabo Swinney at Clemson.

Martin now serves as offensive coordinator at USC, and his son was once committed to play for the Trojans.

Rodgers visited Tennessee for last season’s game against Vanderbilt, and also received an offer from Alabama before committing to the Tigers.
