Tennessee basketball reportedly losing recent transfer addition to the portal
Tennessee basketball forward Chris Ledlum is re-entering the transfer portal this offseason, according to a report.
Per On3’s Matt Zenitz, Ledlum will go back into the portal just weeks after arriving in Knoxville. Ledlum previously played at Harvard but will now look for another program ahead of the 2023-24 season.

Ledlum averaged 18.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game last season. He was expected to contribute in Tennessee’s front court rotation this year and was a potential starter for the Vols at power forward.
Other options for that role include transfer Dalton Knecht and returning forward Tobe Awaka. Knecht arrived via the portal from Northern Colorado earlier this year. Awaka played over 10 minutes per game last season for the Vols, mostly at the power forward position.
Josiah Jordan-James also played the 4 in some lineups for Tennessee in 2022-23.
Tennessee is looking to replace Julian Phillips and Olivier Nkamhoua, who played the majority of the team’s minutes at power forward last season. Phillips is now in the NBA and Nkamhoua transferred to Michigan.
