It’s been tough sledding for one of Tennessee’s more ballyhooed recruits in the Class of 2015.
Andrew Butcher, a 4-star defensive end prospect, redshirted his freshman season due to a knee surgery. The coaching staff was hopeful to get him back for some of this season, but another setback has prevented that from happening.
Now, it appears Butcher will have yet another surgery on his knee after the redshirt freshman posted a picture on his Instagram account.
Butcher was rated the No. 17 defensive end prospect in his class and the No.26 overall prospect from the state of Georgia, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
