Tennessee is entering Week 2 of the season and heading into one of the top matchups of the entire weekend. After blowing out Chattanooga 69-3, the Vols will head to Charlotte for a key SEC vs. ACC matchup against NC State.
On Thursday, the Vols dropped their weekly threads for the showdown, and it’s going to be an icy clean look. Tennessee is going with an all-white look with orange accents throughout.
It’s a classic and fresh look for Josh Heupel’s squad heading into the neutral-site matchup.

Chattanooga was clearly outmatched by Tennessee in the season opener, but that doesn’t change the hype that continues to build around Nico Iamaleava. The new starting quarterback for the Vols shined with a trio of touchdowns while completing 22-of-28 passes for 314 yards in an extremely efficient performance.

Meanwhile, NC State enters Week 2 as the No. 24 team in the country per the updated AP Poll, but the Wolfpack unexpectedly struggled in the season opener. Western Carolina provided a hot start before NC State eventually pulled away with 21 points in the fourth quarter.
Saturday’s game between Tennessee and NC State is 1 of just 2 games between ranked opponents in Week 2.
