Nolen is rated as the No. 1 prospect in the country. The 6-foot-4, 325-pound prospect from Powell High School has countless scholarship offers. Tennessee, Texas A&M, Florida, Georgia and Alabama are thought to be the top suitors. “The Rock” is on Tennessee’s campus and is just a few blocks from Neyland Stadium. It is often used to send messages to various individuals, including prospects, about the Vols or other campus events.
