Tennessee athletics filed a cease and desist Tuesday against Jack Bombero, whose website features an “Astro 11” t-shirt featuring the likeness of current UT starting quarterback Joshua Dobbs, which is not permissible under NCAA regulations.

Here’s a look at the shirt in question:
While it doesn’t refer to Dobbs by name or feature his actual image, it does include his number “11” featured prominently under his “Astro” nickname. The website’s caption also implies that the shirt honors “everyone’s favorite scientist,” referring to the aerospace engineering major.
