Tennessee’s offense has everyone on social media saying the same thing

Tennessee’s offense under first-year head coach Josh Heupel has folks taking notes.
If you’ll remember last season, the offense looked completely inept (and slow!) at times under former head coach Jeremy Pruitt.
This year, however, it looks like a different story. The Volunteers moved the ball at will against Bowling Green’s defense in the first quarter, and they were moving it fast … very fast.
Tennessee scored on its first two possessions. The first was a 12-play, 66-yard drive that took just 2:59. The second was an 8-play, 67-yard drive that lasted only 2:01.
However, the Vols offense sputtered during the second quarter.
All total, Tennessee has accounted for 167 total yards of offense, as the Vols have the 14-6 halftime lead.
First-year quarterback Joe Milton moved the offense fairly well. Milton, the transfer from Michigan, finished 10-of-14 for 100 yards in the first half. He also rushed for 25 yards and 1 touchdown — the first of the Heupel era.
Tennessee’s hyper speed offense has everyone talking on social media.
I’m already having more fun watching Tennessee’s offense than any time in the Jeremy Pruitt era.
