Tennessee freshman quarterback Jauan Jennings is in hot water this week after allegedly assaulting a high school classmate and allegedly stealing valuables after damaging the victim’s car at a graduation party on May 30.
The stolen items reportedly include a cell phone, jacket and an arm brace.
According to the in-depth report from NewsRadio WGNS, charges against Jennings on the affidavit of complaint are assault (T.C.A. Violation 39-13-101), vandalism over $500 (T.C.A. Violation 39-14-408) and theft of property over $500 (T.C.A. Violation 39-14-103).

Jennings enrolled in January and is expected be Joshua Dobbs’ primary backup this season.
