After entering the transfer portal this week, K’Rojhn Calbert has settled on his new team. On Saturday, Calbert announced his commitment to Eastern Kentucky.

Calbert will continue his college football career in the ASUN Conference of the FCS after 5 years with the Volunteers. A 2017 signee, Calbert redshirted his first year in Knoxville. He appeared in 32 games over the next 3 seasons (2018-20). This past season, however, Calbert missed most of 2021 due to a fall camp injury, only playing against South Alabama. He took part in UT’s Senior Day in the home finale.

Calbert graduated in December 2021 with an undergraduate degree in communication studies. The NCAA did not count the 2020 season against players’ 4 full seasons of eligibility, allowing Calbert to suit up for a sixth season as a redshirt super senior.
