Texas A&M enlists Alex Price, son of Terry Price, in honoring late assistant coach
The Texas A&M community mourned the passing of assistant coach Terry Price during the offseason. A special look at one way that the program is honoring Price was given on Thursday.
Alex Price, the son of the late Aggies assistant, had the honor of placing the first “TP” decal on one of Texas A&M’s helmets. The Aggies will be wearing the decal every game this season to honor his father, Terry.
Terry Price played for Texas A&M during the 1980s and joined Kevin Sumlin’s staff in 2012.

Jimbo Fisher expressed his condolences this offseason.
Another way that Texas A&M honored Price’s memory was through receiver Ainias Smith. Smith brought customized lapel pins with Price’s name and nickname on them to SEC Media Days in Nashville, Tennessee.
It will be hard for Aggie fans to imagine a season without Price on the sidelines. His memory will live on through his son, Fisher, and players like Smith.
