Texas A&M has risen all the way to No. 3 in the latest AP Poll, and that is something to cheer about in itself.

But the proud program has so much more to achieve in 2025, and that potential next step comes in Week 9 with a brutally tough assignment. Sitting at 7-0, Texas A&M will travel to Bayou Country to face 20th-ranked LSU in one of those Saturday night specials at Tiger Stadium. The Aggies are coming off a tough road win at Arkansas in which they held on for a 45-42 victory, and this Saturday’s road game should be as tough or tougher against a ranked LSU team that is hurting after losing at Vanderbilt.

So that means both teams will carry a healthy dose of desperation into the 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff on ABC. The primetime stage will be theirs, as Texas A&M tries to get to 8-0 and 5-2 LSU tries to win a game for embattled head coach Brian Kelly. For the Aggies, it’ll be the 2nd of 3 straight SEC road games and, on that note, the Texas A&M football social media account released a hype video on Friday night entitled: “Wherever”.

That title speaks to the tough road mentality that the Aggies will try to bring on each of the 3 stops on this road trip. Stop No. 2 comes Saturday night in Death Valley, and here is the hype video that is fittingly narrated by Texas A&M director of football strength and conditioning Tommy Moffitt:
