The Texas A&M Aggies landed their 15th commitment for the class of 2021 Saturday afternoon at halftime of the Florida game.
Three-star La Porte, Texas, native Albert Regis committed to the Aggies over offers from Arkansas, Baylor and Minnesota, among others. The 6-foot-1, 300-pound defensive tackle is ranked as the nation’s No. 26 tackle and the state of Texas’ No. 63 overall prospect for the class of 2021, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
He shared his commitment via Twitter.

Texas A&M has made it a priority of recruiting depth and quality talent along the defensive line, and Regis is just the latest commitment at the position.
Regis originally committed to Minnesota last spring, but he reopened his commitment in May. Distance was obviously a factor in his recruitment, and being closer to home was a positive for the Aggies.
He’s made 23 tackles during his senior season so far.
