Texas A&M celebrated a heart-pounding, last-second Week 3 win over Notre Dame. After an idle Week 4, the Aggies return to action at Kyle Field as they welcome Auburn. The Tigers are coming off a 24-17 loss to Oklahoma as former Sooners quarterback Jackson Arnold was sacked 9 times.

The 3-0 start is already the Aggies’ best since 2021. But they haven’t started a season 4-0 since 2016.

Vegas favors them to do so, but not by much. According to Circa Sports’ opening lines released on Saturday, Texas A&M is a -4.5 favorite against Auburn.

Fortunately for the Aggies, the home team has won the last 4 games in the series. That includes 2024’s edition in Auburn as the Tigers stunned the Aggies, 43-41, in quadruple overtime. In 2023, A&M enjoyed a fairly straightforward win at Kyle Field, defeating the Tigers 27-10.

Auburn, meanwhile, will be looking to bounce back from Week 4’s loss to Oklahoma. After starting 3-0 with wins over Baylor, Ball State, and South Alabama, the Tigers will be hoping that their defeat against the Sooners isn’t foreshadowing for another tough season for Auburn fans in a pivotal 3rd year for Hugh Freeze.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
