Texas A&M safety Armani Watts threw some serious shade at Auburn backup quarterback John Franklin III during the Aggies’ weekly football show, according to 247Sports.com.
After forcing a turnover on downs, Watts comes off the field and says on camera: “Bro, I’m just trying to tell them bros they gonna do two plays: the read,” he says. “Five can’t throw.”

Franklin finished with 47 yards on 4 of 8 passing and rushed for 47 yards on nine attempts. He did, however, lead the Tigers to the red zone twice late in the game, which included a touchdown drive and a turnover on downs.
Sean White is still listed as Auburn’s starter for Saturday’s game at No. 18 LSU.
