Three quarterbacks from the SEC were among 24 named to the Davey O’Brien watch list on Thursday, the Davey O’Brien Foundation announced Thursday.
League Heisman favorite Jeremy Johnson at Auburn, Mississippi State senior Dak Prescott and Tennessee’s Josh Dobbs are included on the list.
The field will be narrowed to 16 semifinalists on Nov. 2. The winner will be announced during The Home Depot College Football Awards in December on ESPN.
