The 6-0, 190-pounder very well could be heading to Arkansas. The Razorbacks, Memphis and Tulane were Baham’s additional offers.
Baham, a high school quarterback, is the No. 41 overall prospect in the state of Louisiana per 247Sports Composite rankings.
