According to several reports, Rutgers three-star offensive tackle commit Blake Camper has flipped his decision to South Carolina.
Camper, a 6-foot-6, 280-pound lineman from Virginia Beach, Va., is ranked as Virginia’s third-best prospect at his position and becomes the Gamecocks’ 28th commitment for the 2015 class.
