Ole Miss senior captain Tim Elko blasts pair of home runs on torn ACL

Ole Miss may not have won on Wednesday night during the team’s debut in the 2021 SEC Baseball Tournament but there’s no debating senior captain Tim Elko did his part against Vanderbilt.
If you missed it, Elko blasted two home runs against Vanderbilt. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the senior did so less than two months removed from tearing his ACL back on April 5.
The Wednesday night game was Elko’s first multi-home run game since tearing his ACL. Elko now has tied the team lead with 12 home runs this season.
