During Titans postgame, Derrick Henry gives predictable answer when asked about Lane Kiffin’s Playoff play-calling
It would seem Alabama fans aren’t the only ones screaming for Lane Kiffin to run the dang ball.
Following the Tennessee Titans 24-17 win over the Houston Texans Sunday, former Alabama Heisman-winning running back and now Titan back, Derrick Henry was asked about his former offensive coordinator’s selection of play calls. Wouldn’t you know it, Henry wants to see his former teammate Bo Scarbrough get the ball more.
Key ? in Titans locker room was to Derrick Henry on Lane Kiffin. Wouldn't rip him but … "I'd like to see Bo get the ball a lot more."

Scarbrough was Alabama’s lone offensive standout in the national semifinal against Washington, as the sophomore running back carried the ball 19 times for 180 yards, good for a 9.5-yard average, and helped the Crimson Tide advance to yet another national championship game by beating the Huskies 24-7. The 180 rushing yards are also the most ever gained in a bowl game by an Alabama running back.
Clemson finished the regular season ranked No. 19 in the nation in run defense and allowed 17 rushing touchdowns this year. Whether it’s from the behest of Henry, head coach Nick Saban or even fans of the Crimson Tide, expect Kiffin to dial up Scarbrough’s number early and often Jan. 9 in the title game against the Tigers.
