There’s no such thing as an easy schedule in the Southeastern Conference.

While that’s accurate to say, some schedules line up better — at least on paper — leading up to the season than others. No doubt, South Carolina would trade schedules with Florida in a heartbeat if it could.

ESPN’s Football Power Index has attempted to rank every SEC team’s schedule in terms of difficulty heading into the 2020 season with a metric called “REM SOS” or remaining strength of schedule.

This metric will be updated throughout the season as data is collected from the actual games on the field but heading into the season, ESPN’s REM SOS has five SEC teams with schedules that rank among the 10 most difficult in the nation.

Here’s where every SEC team ranks in terms of remaining strength of schedule according to ESPN’s Football Power Index:

South Carolina #2

Alabama #3

LSU #4

Arkansas #7

Ole Miss #9

Auburn #11

Tennessee #14

Mississippi State #16

Georgia #18

Vanderbilt #30

Kentucky #32

Texas A&M #35

Florida #41

Missouri #54
