Twitter reacts to Vanderbilt Athletic Director David Williams announcing his retirement

It’s official. After deciding to stay one more year, Vanderbilt athletic David Williams announced Tuesday he will retire at the end of the academic year.
Williams served as the school’s first African American vice chancellor and spent 18 years as a senior administrator at Vanderbilt. He oversaw the athletic program win four national championships in bowling, baseball and women’s tennis.
As expected, Vanderbilt students, alumni and fans reacted to the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday morning. Here are the best reactions.

This is the most important Vanderbilt athletics hire at any position since Roy Kramer (hired at a time when school was considering dropping football), and possibly even before that.
And yes, as great an administrator as I am sure Tim Corbin would be, I want him out at the Hawk.
