Alabama commit Jerry Jeudy and South Carolina commit Jamyest Williams each enjoyed strong performances in their head to head matchup Friday.
Chris Kirschner of The Opening was in attendance for the game between Jeudy’s Deerfield Beach (Florida) and Williams’ Grayson (Georgia) and captured highlights of both players.

Jeudy caught two touchdown passes in the first and fourth quarters to propel Deerfield Beach to a 39-14 win. Williams found the end zone once on a 29-yard interception return in the third quarter. He also contributed on offense as a running back.
Jeudy currently rates as a four-star and is the No. 6 wide receiver, No. 6 player from the state of Florida and No. 36 overall prospect for the 2017 national recruiting class. He committed to Alabama on July 28.
Williams also rates as a four-star and is the No. 7 cornerback, No. 5 player from Georgia and the No. 55 overall prospect for the 2017 class. The senior committed to South Carolina on August 27.
Both players are scheduled to play in the Under Armour All-America game in January.
