Tyler Buchner’s first 2 drives in an Alabama uniform has not exactly oozed confidence for the Crimson Tide.

The Notre Dame transfer has completed just 2-5 passes for 12 yards against South Florida… not exactly a defense to rival the Georgia Bulldogs. Sure it’s still early, but that’s not going to fly. South Florida leads the Tide 3-0 with just under 6 minutes remaining in the first.

As you could guess, Alabama fans are not too thrilled. Many are calling for Saban to put Jalen Milroe back in the game and a few more question how Buchner jumped Ty Simpson in the depth chart to begin with.
