Texas A&M has already had some challenging matchups this season. The Aggies have another one this weekend.

On Saturday, Texas A&M hosts No. 13 Kentucky, which has been one of the surprise teams in college football so far this season. The Wildcats, fueled by running back Benny Snell Jr., have opened the year with five straight wins.

The Aggies have lost to the two ranked opponents they have played this season — No. 1 Alabama and No. 4 Clemson — so they’ll look for better results against Kentucky.

“I’m looking forward to a tough, physical game,” Texas A&M linebacker Tyrel Dodson said on Monday. “This is is why you come to Texas A&M. You come to the SEC to play games like this.”

In order to beat the Wildcats, Dodson and the Aggies will likely need to perform well against Snell and Kentucky’s running game.

Texas A&M is coming off its first conference win under coach Jimbo Fisher — a 24-17 victory over Arkansas this past Saturday.

The Aggies and Wildcats are set to kick off at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday.
