In need of bodies up front heading into Mark Stoops’ third season at Kentucky, the Wildcats feel three-star tackle George Asafo-Adjei will provide instant help.

A 6-foot-4, 300-pound blocker out of Lakota West in West Chester, Ohio, Asafo-Adjei committed to Kentucky in June over offers from Florida, Louisville and West Virginia among others. He took his official to Lexington before Christmas and has spent the last week prepping for today’s Semper Fidelis All-American all-star game in Anaheim, Calif.

Known for his work ethic, Asafo-Adjei’s strength is run-blocking, but he has tremendous upside in pass pro — ideal for Kentucky’s Air Raid set.
