Vanderbilt players show solidarity with university police officers

Vanderbilt players walked out of practice today with members of the Vanderbilt University Police Department in a show of solidarity.
With tensions between police officers and the general public at an all-time high lately, it’s good to see athletes using their social platform to make a statement:

It’s a small gesture, but it’s nice to see a relationship being built between the Commodores and their campus police officers.
