Vanderbilt’s game vs. Mizzou being played despite ongoing construction to stadium

Vanderbilt football’s game against Mizzou at FirstBank Stadium is being played despite the fact there are construction workers actively working on the premises. The Commodores’ stadium is currently in the process of being renovated.
Not exactly standard procedure during an SEC football game. Usually, these renovations are done prior to the start of the season.
Apparently not this time. So, do the workers get to watch at least part of an SEC football game for free here?
I love how the Vanderbilt stadium construction is happening DURING the game. ?♂️ pic.twitter.com/SZvP99aY0y

Vanderbilt is hanging tough against the Tigers thus far, but Brady Cook and Luther Burden are making things difficult for the Commodores’ defense. Ken Seals has played relatively well in place of AJ Swann on the offensive end, and even still the Commodores trail 38-21 with under 5 minutes remaining in the game.
The Commodores are back home in a pair of weeks when No. 1 Georgia comes to Nashville. The Bulldogs haven’t quite lived up to expectations this season but are still undefeated following a close win over Auburn in Week 5.
