Auburn finished last in the SEC West in 2015 after being picked to win the conference championship at SEC Media Days last summer. The Tigers finished with a 7-6 (2-6 SEC) overall record, the worst of head coach Gus Malzahn’s tenure.
This year, Auburn looks to be a surprise contender in the West. Perhaps the reps put in this summer will pay off on the field in the fall.
