Tim Tebow never fails to amaze.

In his first at-bat for the Columbia Fireflies — a New York Mets’ Class-A affiliate — the former Florida quarterback and current SEC Network analyst blasted a two-run homer in the bottom of the second inning:

The two-run blast was Tebow’s first professional home run, as his 71 official at-bats in the Arizona Fall League last year didn’t net a single dinger:

Tebow’s heroics came in front of a larger-than-normal minor-league crowd, most of whom were there specifically to watch him play.

Not one to disappoint his fans, Tebow promptly launched a home run. We can’t wait to see what he does for an encore.
