North Paulding (Dallas, Ga.) WR Chad Terrell became the 21st commit of South Carolina’s 2017 recruiting class.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound wideout was rated three stars by 247Sports Composite. Terrell chose the Gamecocks over 21 other offers, including Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
