Video: Shea Patterson opens up to media after 1st start as Ole Miss starting QB
The Shea Patterson era got off to a strong start as the Ole Miss true freshman quarterback threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns in a 29-28 come-from-behind win over Texas A&M on Saturday.
It was the Rebels’ first win against a Power 5 opponent since Sept. 24 vs. Georgia.
With a road game at Vanderbilt coming this weekend and before the Egg Bowl rivalry with Mississippi State, Ole Miss (5-5, 2-4) just needs to split its remaining schedule to become bowl eligible for the fifth straight year.
Oxford Eagle reporter Davis Potter was on scene for Monday’s press conference, providing us with the video above, where you can check out what Patterson had to say after his first win as a starting quarterback in the SEC.
