Von Miller had an early exit from Thursday’s Buffalo Bills-Detroit Lions game.

Late in the second quarter, before halftime, Miller was carted off the field.

CBS Sports sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson noted Miller needed the cart after a lengthy evaluation in the sideline medical tent. Wolfson quickly provided a second on-air update that Miller was ruled out for the rest of the game with a knee injury.

Miller, a former Texas A&M standout, is in his 12th NFL season. After a long career in Denver, the star linebacker played for the Los Angeles Rams in 2021 and joined the Buffalo Bills ahead of the 2022 campaign. Miller has started all 10 games for the Bills this year.

Entering Sunday’s game, Miller has recorded 20 tackles, including 8 sacks, 2 pass breakups and a forced fumble. Miller had 1 tackle in the first half.

Buffalo leads 17-14. The game is airing on CBS.
