Denver linebacker Von Miller has quickly become one of the biggest stars in the NFL.
The former Texas A&M pass rusher has never been conventional with his clothing choices, but the cleats he’s chosen to wear before Sunday’s matchup between the Broncos and the New England Patriots may be the most bizarre.

It is expected to be 27 degrees at kickoff in Denver, which might explain Miller’s choice of fur-covered footwear. This lends itself to plenty of questions, however, and we’ve got a few.
Is that faux fur, or real fur? What type of fur is it? Is the inside of the cleat fur as well? If it gets wet will it smell horrible? What if Von runs too quickly and the friction causes a fire? Are the laces made of whiskers?
Miller won’t be allowed to wear those cleats during the game, due to NFL policy, but it’s an interesting choice nonetheless.
