Outwork yesterday.
It’s the motto of the Alabama program and a key component of Nick Saban’s “Process” of building the greatest dynasty in modern college football history. While Saban commands every aspect of the program during spring and fall camps and during the season, it’s Scott Cochran that runs the players’ schedules in the offseason.
To show just how hard the team is working this offseason in anticipation for the start of fall camp next week, Alabama has posted a video showing off the work that’s being put in by the team this summer.
As long as the team continues to outwork yesterday, Alabama will remain among the best in the nation and continue to annually compete for SEC and national titles:
