WATCH: Alabama strength coach sends inspiring message to Stoneman-Douglas students

The Alabama Crimson Tide are working hard to defend their national championship, and that process starts in spring ball.
This year, they’re using a little bit of extra motivation, as Alabama strength coach Scott Cochran showed on Saturday.
In a tweet that you can see below, Cochran shares words of inspiration with Stoneman-Douglas High School — the site of a horrific school shooting recently. Cochran says the Tide are working hard for them:

Cochran offers thoughts and prayers to the school in the video, which was posted by the Stoneman-Douglas head coach.
The tragedy that occurred at the high school will have a lasting affect on the kids involved, but this is still a motivating message from the defending national champions.
